What To Bring/Complete:

  1. Complete COVID19 Screening form each practice
  2. Mask, buff, neck gaiter or equivalent.
  3. Hand sanitizer
  4. Working bike
  5. Bike helmet, gloves, eye protection and sun screen
  6. Appropriate footwear and cycling clothes
  7. Water 20oz/hour -bottle(s) or Hydration pack
  8. Snack 200-300 calories/hour
  9. Bike repair kit (Tube, tire levers, and a pump or CO2)
