What To Bring/Complete:

  1. Complete the Registration Form ” or complete a One-day waiver.
  2. Working bike
  3. Bike helmet, gloves, eye protection, and sunscreen
  4. Appropriate footwear and cycling clothes
  5. Water 20oz/hour -bottle(s) or Hydration pack
  6. Snack 200-300 calories/hour
  7. Bike repair kit (Tube, tire levers, and a pump or CO2)
