What To Bring/Complete:
- Complete the Registration Form ” or complete a One-day waiver.
- Working bike
- Bike helmet, gloves, eye protection, and sunscreen
- Appropriate footwear and cycling clothes
- Water 20oz/hour -bottle(s) or Hydration pack
- Snack 200-300 calories/hour
- Bike repair kit (Tube, tire levers, and a pump or CO2)
